Supporters are invited to walk the link with members of the Windham United Unions as they negotiate fair union contracts that prioritize safe patient limits at Windham Community Memorial Hospital (WCMH). Since Hartford HealthCare (HHC) took over WCMH, the region has suffered a dramatic loss in access to quality patient care. At the same time, the chain's executives have refused to recognize the bedside experience of local nurses and health professionals.
Members will be gathering outside WCMH where there is plenty of free street parking available.
